PRODUCT OVERVIEW: With its dual active ingredients, glycolic and salicylic acid, this cleanser is the perfect acne fighter and overall exfoliating astringent. It has a relatively high glycolic concentration (10%) and low pH so product strength should be thoroughly discussed with client. Inform your client that if excessive dryness or irritation occurs, to stop product use and call. 

BHA / AHA Clarifying Astringent can be overly drying on some skin types if used AM and PM. Reduce usage if client complains and or switch to AHA 8 Astringent combined with Salicylic Cleanser. Changing usage regimen and or diluting with water can be a better alternative to stopping treatment when finding the perfect balance for your clients unique skin type and condition.

Combination / Oily Skin / Acne: Using a dry cotton round on a dry face, apply to treatment area. Allow to air dry.

Cancellation – No Show Policy

We would like to remind you of our policies regarding missed appointments and cancellation of appointments. In order to be respectful of the needs of our clients. Please call Aspen Grove Spa promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require that you give us 24 hours notice. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation or reschedule will give another person the chance to receive the appointment they are waiting for. As a courtesy, our Staff sends text or e-mail reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment and a courtesy call 24 hours prior to your appointment. A No show is someone who is not present at the time of their scheduled appointment and has not provided adequate notification. We understand that emergencies may occur, however, when you do not call to cancel or reschedule you are preventing another client from receiving their services. Charges can and will occur upon failure to follow the listed policies above. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
